Audio ducking
When someone speaks, the music lowers itself and comes back. You choose who speaks, what lowers and by how much.

Create a rule
- New rule.
- Complete the sentence: When microphone is active, lower track to level then back to level.
- Save rule.
At −18 dB, the music stays audible behind the voice. At −6 dB, it is at its usual level in the scene.
Advanced settings
| Setting | Role |
|---|---|
| Threshold | Above it, the voice counts as active. |
| Attack | Time to go down to the lowered level. |
| Hold | Time kept low after the last word. |
| Release | Time to return to the usual level. |
Follow the rules
Each rule shows its state: Ready or Lowered. While lowering, the status bar shows the track and its level.
