Refunds on Vivastream are available in specific cases. Before submitting a request, make sure your situation matches one of the eligible cases below.
Refunds are granted in the following cases:
- 🚫 Event cancelled by the artist — If an event you have access to is cancelled by the artist or organiser, you can request a full refund
- ⚠️ Technical issue preventing access — If a technical issue on our end prevented you from accessing the event despite a validated purchase and a correctly configured account
Refunds are not granted in the following cases:
- Dissatisfaction with the content after viewing
- Forgetting or being unavailable on the day of the event
- Login error with the wrong account
- Access code used on the wrong account
How to submit a refund request?
Contact our Vivastream support team with the following information:
- The email address associated with your Vivastream account
- The name of the event concerned
- The reason for your refund request
- The payment method used and the amount charged
- Your purchase confirmation email if you have it
