If you purchased your access directly in the Vivastream app and are being asked for an access code when trying to join the live stream, don't worry — this is a confusion between the two access methods.
Why does this message appear?
There are two ways to access an event on Vivastream:
- Direct purchase in the app — no access code is required
- Purchase via an external link — an access code is sent by email and must be validated on the web
If you purchased your access directly in the app, you should never need to enter an access code.
What to do if this message appears?
- Make sure you are logged in with the same account used at the time of purchase
- Go to the "My profile" tab then "My content" to check that the event appears in your purchases
- Go back to the event page and try again
- If the problem persists, contact our Vivastream support team
⚠️ Important: If you are logged in with a different account than the one used at the time of purchase, your event will not be available. Make sure to use the same login method (email, Google or Apple).
