- Download and install the app
- Open the app
- Go to the Profile tab
- Tap:
- Sign in with Google
- or Sign in with Apple (iOS only)
- Select your account and confirm
On web
- Go to: https://mobile.vivastream.app
- Open the Profile section
- Click:
- Sign in with Google
- or Sign in with Apple
- Follow the login steps
Important
- By signing up, you automatically accept Vivastream’s Terms of Use
- No password is required
- Authentication is handled via Google or Apple only
- Make sure you use a valid and accessible account
Common issues
- Login button not working
Check your internet connection and restart the app - Unable to sign in with Apple
Make sure you are logged into iCloud - Google sign-in error
Try another account or reconnect your Google account
